It is more than a proven fact that having a pet such as a dog does very well for our health. Dogs can help you emotionally, physically, companionship and even before birth. The benefits of having a dog are endless.

Cisco Pilates Academy in Asheville, North Carolina, knows these benefits and has created an entirely adorable gymnastic trend. Puppy Pilates!

The training trend that will leave you wanting to enroll immediately.

Their idea was to create the initiative with the NGO “Humane Society of Asheville” and do an exercise class with cute puppies.

Each student pays $10, and all the proceeds go to the Humane Society of Asheville - good job! And do you know what is most fantastic part of this story is? They waived adoption fees for the puppies who went to class and are taken home by the participating class members for free, a true family for our little buddies!
