Meet Texas police officer Deputy Constable Mark Diebold. He was on his way to work last year when he noticed a car driving over the speed limit.

The officer was alerted when the driver, Caleb Hall, rolled down his window and told Constable Diebold that his wife's waterbag just broke.

Constable Diebold instantly became part of the Hall family since Caleb's daughter's unique birth. In fact, they even invited Constable Diebold to her special first birthday tea party.
When Constable Diebold helped Destiny's delivery last year, he couldn't stop smiling at this miracle he witnessed. When Cyndi William's from Cyndi Williams Photography heard this amazing story, she even arranged to capture a special newborn photo shoot of Evelyn with Constable Diebold's badge and uniform.
