Puzzled Woman Followed Stray Cat That Only Accepts Food In Bag

There is nothing more powerful than a mother's love for her child. This statement spans across species; whether you're a human, with feathers, covered in fur or scales. All mothers will do anything to protect their babies. And a cat named Dongsuk from Korea is living proof of that.

Dongsuk was a stray cat and would regularly seek a bit of food and shelter from a particular spot in the neighborhood. A woman noticed Dongsuk and decided to start feeding her. Little did she know Dongsuk’s real motive for visiting her.

The woman noticed that she put the food on a plate, the cat would completely ignore it. If she put it on a bag, however, she would grab it and run away.

The woman was no stranger to feeding local strays in the area. But she makes sure that she made a special little package — just for Dongsuk. She wasn’t entirely sure why the adorable orange cat would only accept food in a plastic baggie; perhaps she was possessive about her food, or maybe it was for another reason.

The woman’s curiosity began to get the best of her, so she decided to follow the friendly cat one day. After trotting away with the little bag of food, the woman followed Dongsuk down the road. It wasn’t long before she realized the real reason behind the cat’s peculiar behavior.

To her surprise, she found out that the feline was bringing the food back to her lone surviving kitten.

Dongsuk had apparently given birth to a litter of five kittens. However, only one remained. She became very protective of her baby kitten. It just so happened that the two of them were practically twins with the very same bright orange fur.

The stunned woman watched as Dongsuk lovingly opened up the bag of food, letting her baby eat first. It was evident that Dongsuk was a very loving and compassionate mom. It touched the woman’s heart so profoundly that she knew she had to do something.

Along with some help, the woman was able to take Dongsuk and her precious kitten. Both of them were brought to their new home where they had a warm, comfortable place. They have a new cat house, full of toys, and, of course, they’ll never have to worry about getting hungry.

This cat’s unconditional love for her kitten is amazing.
