Kids Receive Special Gift from LeSean McCoy

Frank and his two sons Rory, nine years old, and Owen, 11 years old, visited St. John Fisher College to watch the Bills prepare for the 2018 season. It was just an ordinary day at Bills Training Camp but it turned out special for the family from Pittsford, New York. 

LeSean McCoy, a running back from Bills gave a special gift to Frank's kids. 

Special Events

The family always participates in events for family members with intellectual or physical disabilities held by the Town of Pittsford. Rory was born with Down Syndrome.

They were waiting outside in the Bills Community Relations tent to get autographs from their favorite players after practice when they were met by a very enthusiastic McCoy. He approached Rory and handed him four tickets to Buffalo's Week 12 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Rory was surprised and gladly accepted the tickets.

Rory is a big fan

According to Frank, Rory is a big fan and knows all the big players including LeSean McCoy and Josh Allen. They did not expect that after the autograph signing and picture taking, while other players gave gloves and shirts, LeSean came back to them with a generous gift of tickets! 

Rory was really excited to see the game.

Rory was really excited to see the game. His father said that he was looking forward to watching it and couldn't stop thinking about it. He was ecstatic the whole time leading up to it.

The Big Day

The big day finally came and the Cavaliers family, Frank, Eileen, Owen and Rory made the trip to New Era Field. They were given an opportunity to spend time together as a family. The kids even got the chance to test their football skills and take photos with Billy Buffalo in the Fan Zone.

For the Cavaliers, this is a very unforgettable moment, especially for Rory. He had such a good time, cheering and enjoying the game.
