Homeless Man Carries Cardboard "Hungry 4 Success" Asking People to Hire Him

Some people have difficulty finding a job, thus leading them to become homeless.

But one homeless man will do anything to be hired. He is full of hope that one day, he'll get the job of his dreams.

“HOMELESS HUNGRY 4 SUCCESS TAKE A RESUME”

He was holding a sign that read "HOMELESS HUNGRY 4 SUCCESS. TAKE A RESUME", and became an instant hit.

Everyday, David Casarez wakes up from his park bench in Mountain View, California, and put on his best outfit and held a hand-written cardboard sign on a highway median.

One passerby snapped a photo of him and posted the photos on Twitter where the post quickly went viral.

Jasmine Scofield’s tweet.

Jasmine Scofield wrote on Twitter: "Today I saw this young homeless man asking for people to take a resume rather than asking for money, if anyone in the Silicon Valley could help him out, that would be amazing. Please RT so we can help David out!"

Since then, David has been flooded with more than 200 job offers.

Casarez had earned a Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems.

Some of the well-known companies like Google, Netflix, LinkedIn, and many others have already sent their interest in hiring David.

Casarez had earned a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and landed a good job as a web developer at General Motors in Austin. But then resigned and drove to Silicon Valley to pursue his dream - to have his own tech startup — only to run out of money.

“I’ve been overwhelmed in a very good way.”

"I've been overwhelmed in a very good way. Can't believe the amount of support coming my way. Didn't know it was because of Twitter until recently that I spoke to the creator of the Tweet. Keeping my head up," David said.

There is never an end to people who dream and make it come true.

“The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope.”
