Marie came from a huge family.
86-Year-Old Grandma Had 68 Grandchildren, 9 Step-Great-Grandchildren And Was Able To Meet Her 86th Biological Great-Grandchild! (WOW)
Everybody has their lucky number. And for an 86-year old grandma from Ohio, "86" is her magic number. Let's find out why.
86-year old Marie Frey of Upper Sandusky, Ohio was able to meet and hold her 86th grandchild for the first time. Sweet, isn't it?

Marie enjoys having a large brood, who came from huge family herself. Her late husband, Gerald, also came from a large family. This was an indeed an obvious reason that they also wanted to have a large family on their own -- lots of children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Marie and Gerald have 15 children.
Marie and Gerald, who died in October 2009, had 15 children, with the oldest being 66 years old. They also have 68 grandchildren, including two sets of twins, and nine step-grandchildren.
Was it a coincidence when Marie’s 86th great-grandchild came just three days before her 86th birthday? Blakely Grace is Frey's 86th great-grandchild. She was born at 7 pounds, 5 ounces at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay.
They’re expecting her 87th and 88th great-grandchildren from grandson’s wife.
"It's pretty good that she got to see her. Family and faith are her two biggest favorites. She's a very strong woman.", said Marie's grandson Kenny Frey.
The Frey family have quite the crowd to keep up with, but Kenny said he and his grandmother enjoyed being part of such a large clan. "She came from large family and Grandpa did too," he said. "My wife and I also wanted a big family."
